When will my coffee be roasted and shipped? 

We roast online orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed by 12pm will be roasted the following roast day and shipped the day after that.

Our roasting and fulfillment schedule is subject to change on holidays and on occasions when shipping services are otherwise unavailable.

When can I expect my order?

We ship via United States Postal Service. Orders typically arrive in 1- 3 business days after shipment, depending on distance from Vancouver BC. Reference the tracking info we provide via email for specifics.

Please make sure to use a complete and correct shipping address. West End is not accountable for extra costs incurred by incorrect shipping info or missed shipments.

Wholesale members do not pay an additional shipping charge at checkout.

Do you accept returns?

Unused, non-coffee products may be exchanged within 30 days. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.

We’re sorry, but our coffee beans are non-returnable and non-refundable once they've been shipped. Our coffees are roasted "to order," and we do our best to ship orders within a day of their roast date. This commitment to quality means that we cannot accept coffees returned to us after they've left our roastery.

In the event that a prepaid subscription is cancelled early, a refund will be processed for the prepaid amount minus the sum of orders previously shipped at list price ($22-24/bag). Recurring subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

Of course, we want you to be happy with your coffee experience more than anything. Please write in to let us know if you've been dissatisfied with your coffee in any way.
